from your blog i conclude that you’d suggest that cities be moved to a “place where there is no traffic”. i’d like to comment on the fact that R. K. Laxman’s caricature suggests a sarcasm to that kind of a thought. we need open spaces in our country. the fields that surround the outskirts of a city are being converted to townships slowly and that is development according to the government. but it is a curse to the environment and the country as a whole.
